To provide input to the Home Owners Association and the management company, Rizzetta, on all areas relating to deed restriction violations. The committee communicates frequently with the HOA President and Community Association Manager. It is our goal to make Ballantrae the best subdivision it can be by ensuring complaince with the deed restrictions. Ensuring deed compliance benefits all residents by maintaining the resale value of our properties.
The Committee is comprised of residents from all of Ballantrae's villages. These members are anonymous. At the present time there are
