Question: Is this a no soliciation subdivision? Answer: As of right now there are no signs posted stating "No Soliciting".  We will be posting these signs in the near future due to the complaints we receive.  But the basic answer is that Ballantrae is not a "no solicit" neighborhood at this time.

Question: Has the HOA decided/voted on whether or not trampolines will be permitted. I know many residents have them, but was told we are NOT suppose to. Answer: Trampolines are allowed.  They need to be centered behind the house and not visible from the street.  That is how it has been explained at the HOA meeting.
