Clubhouse Rental Forms:
Print out both the Community Center Rental Form and the Rental Liability Release form below. Fill out both forms and place in drop box located at the Ballantrae Clubhouse.
Note: Each Rental request must have a completed rental form, liability form and 2 separate checks for the security deposit and the rental funds are received.
Be sure to check the Ballantrae Calendar of Events for clubhouse availability prior to your request.

Rental Fees and Security Deposits:
Rental Fees and Security Deposits for residents are as follows:
- Residents may rent on weekdays and weekends from 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. in four hour blocks of time.
- Security Deposit - $150.00/$250.00*
- Rental Fee - $25.00
- Please submit two separate checks
- Resident Evening Rentals (6:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M.) in four hour blocks of time
- Security Deposit - $150.00/$250.00*
- Rental Fee - $50.00
- Please submit two separate checks
- Non-Resident Fees
- Security Deposit - $300.00/$500.00*
- Rental Fee - $100.00
- Please submit two separate checks
- Neighborhood events are free, but must meet the following critiera:
- The Ballantrae Community Development District Board of Supervisors (BOS) must decide that the event is for the whole community and must not exclude any residence or be a profit-making event. Each request will be considered individually at the first available BOS meeting, but must be submitted at least two weeks in advance for a Board meeting.
